Being a family owned and operated Aged Care Residence, we appreciate old fashioned family values, personal relationships and the value of good service.
Our goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive, homelike environment that encourages the continuation of a lifestyle which has taken a lifetime to build. We encourage Residents to live a productive and fulfilling life by offering a comprehensive range of stimulating, rewarding and enjoyable activities designed to meet each Resident’s social, recreational and therapeutic needs.
Chirnside Views is owned by Norsan Pty Ltd, a family company which has provided care to the elderly for more than thirty years.
Our newest service Chirnside Views is scheduled to open April 2023.

CARE SERVICES
Our care services are designed to provide each Resident maximum independence and control over their life. Care is individually tailored to meet each Resident’s needs, in consultation with them, their family, their GP and Allied Health professionals.
Chirnside Views supports each Resident’s physical, emotional and spiritual care needs by employing qualified, skilled and caring staff who apply a holistic approach to each Resident’s individual needs.

Accommodation
Resident rooms are beautifully furnished and provide a warm and comfortable living environment with window views of themed court yards and breathtaking views. Each room incorporates appropriate privacy and safety measures including nurse-call, slip resistant flooring and individual ensuite bathrooms.
Common areas include spacious lounge rooms, elegant dining rooms, comfortable sitting rooms with tea making facilities, Chapel, activities room, café, hair dressing salon, spa room and physiotherapy room.
OUTDOORS
Beautifully landscaped courtyards provide a lovely setting for Residents to relax and enjoy the surrounds. Outdoor activities include golf (on the putting green), gardening in the raised planter gardens or a stroll along the sky walk taking in the breathtaking views of the Christmas Hills and Yarra Valley.
Lifestyle and Activities
Our Lifestyle Program will ensure each Resident has the opportunity to participate in meaningful social activities, to form friendships, enjoy visiting entertainers and involve themselves with various other social and individual personalised activities. Whether it is a sing along during Happy Hour, participation in our crafts programs, Bingo or Church services, our Lifestyle staff ensure a wide range of activities so that each Resident can have an enjoyable time.
Quiet areas are also available throughout the facility for Residents to organise and participate in their own social activities such as cards or board games with other Residents, family and friends.
At Chirnside Views Residents are encouraged and supported to maintain existing social and community interests.
HOTEL SERVICES
MEALS - Delicious meals are prepared from fresh produce and are cooked daily on site by our qualified Chef and catering staff. Our menu, created in consultation with our residents and dietician, is planned to provide a balanced diet while offering a wide variety with an emphasis on home style cooking.
LAUNDRY - Chirnside Views provides an in house laundry service which caters for all of Chirnside Views’ and Residents' laundry needs.
